Of that entire list, the only place I really miss is the Holy City Zoo. Mrs. JT and I were lucky enough to see one of Robin Williams' impromptu shows there.  We were at HCZ with Mrs. JT's maid of honor, who used to sing backup for Dana Carvey, to see Dana Carvey, and Williams jumped on stage.  Comic genius. (What a shame.)  I also lament the closure of the nearby Last Day Saloon, where I first met said Mrs. JT.

Played at the Playground on the Ocean Swam in Sutro Baths many a drink at Henry Africa's.  Saw Carol Dodo.    Left off Seals Stadium and the Double Play.  Also the great restaurants in Washington Square.

On Van Ness? They had great burgers and assorted oddballs....like the ice cream burger. In my current incarnation (see what I did there?) I can see the wisdom of it.
