* Actually, the way these things go, K.J. will thank everyone connected with the school, his coaches, his teammates, his church, his parents and both God and Jesus Christ before he puts on whatever hat he's chosen. So if Hulk is partying at 5:00 he'll be rip-roaring by the time we actually know if the "Best QB Since Josh Rosen" is ours. BUT, you gotta love Hulk. He's not wishy-washy or hedging his prediction. I hope he gets to be a happy drunk this evening. In the meantime, I'll whatever it is he's drinking.

You would think another QB would have been offered by now if Costello told Stanford coaches he was going elsewhere. I don't think any head coach would care about ruining the announcement of a recruit picking another school. Though by my own logic, by not offering anyone else, Shaw is, in a way, kind of ruining it for Costello because why would Stanford make another offer if its number one target is on his way?

It's very amusing to me.... the level of concern a bunch of adults is expressing regarding the choices of a 17-year-old. I'm trying to relate back to that period in my life. As I recall, the few adults who gave a damn were mostly worried about whether I was going to an Ivy or a Juvie. That said....KJ, sign here, kid.

and most of the more successful predictors (those who have been correct 75% or more) pick Stanford

Nice call, Hulk! Any chance you will post an update on the '16 targets in the near future. The thread you started has been quiet for a couple of weeks, but I think it's more due to our lack of useful additions than anyone's lack of interest.
