So assembling this collection of weapons was part of his plan to rule the world?

Well, the truly, truly evil people would - Redrum - 05-21-2014

1. Buy off the city's snipers
2. Hire his own bagman to actually get the car
3. Hire his own snipers to make sure the bagman didn't double cross him.
4. Hire a helicopter to scatter genuine paper money to create civil chaos behind the getaway
5. Kill everybody as they came to pick up their cut

I could go on, but I'm taking a meeting with Quentin Tarantino who wants to do it and Bruce Willis is interested.

What is it with Roble?  That dorm seems to generate the most interesting people and stories.  I found myself wishing that I had lived in Roble freshman year.
