Further analysis is in the article, but suffice to say, the Brooklyn Nets have no real hope without Lopez. There are some details of his contract in the article as well, and a good chunk of the Nets' cash is tied up with Brook.
It's apparently the same bone Brook has broken in the past...usually not a good sign.
