Anyone still worried about the "question marks" on our WR position?

Yes. Why aren't we up by more (I am a nervous wreck unless we are up by 3tds)

Hogan's line so far: 5/6 151 yards, 2 TDs (+ 5 rushes for 29 yards.)

I might murder Matt Millen if he keeps up this denigrating analysis.

Hey - 09-28-2013
Respectfully disagree about Matt Millen, I thought the point he made about a QB keeper against a zone at least made sense.
Knowing him from his Detroit days, he's probably here scouting receivers.Â

What I found annoying was the comment that Sportscenter was starting on ESPN News, so go over there and watch highlights of LSU-Georgia rather than the live Pac12 game you're watching.

Is it just me, or does Gaffney run backwards about as much as he runs forwards?

Nice to see the team rooting for Barry J after his nice play.

Huh? Where was the offensive PI on Luke?

Thought the Lyons PIs were also borderline.

To me the forward runs seem more frequent.

To clarify the Gaffney comment, I don't mean that he's losing yardage. It just seems that he often gets turned around and yet keeps "moving forward."

Oh yeah. Plus a recent run where he was stopped five yards back and simply plowed for a good gain.
Big Hogan and Gaffney fan today.

I hope this means "The Light" came on for Barry J. I'd love to see more of that kind of play. He brings something different to Gaffney and the Subcommittee.
And I guess "The Light" came on for Cajuste during the offseason. His play reminds me of pre-murder Aaron Hernandez.
I'm predicting a big 2nd half for Ty, as Cajuste's play will make them play softer coverage on him.
Also predicting a Pick 6 as Reynolds comes in with a fresh pair of legs and his helmet on fire.

WSU is single covering Cajuste with tiny DBs. Not smart. He made them pay.

WSU's offense is also good practice for Oregon's. The short, quick passes are tough to defend.

Holy cow BJS!!! Those were some pretty awesome moves on his inaugural play. I want to see more!
and I've always been a Wilkerson fan, but man, Gaffney makes something out of nothing a lot (and yes, you're right FarmBoy, his ability to spin and drive backwards is pretty amazing.
Freaking Cajuste. We have not just one but TWO speedy wide receivers and a QB who can throw deep to them.
I still don't really feel comfortable with this game since I don't feel like we can run at will on these guys, and I feel like we're a coupla WSU drops away from a close game. Oh well, hopefully we put everything together in the second half.

Halftime note. Re: the promo ad for Stanford university. The ads where you end with a barrage of "I am _________" statements rapidly cut together. The word "cliché" is inadequate and generous. Let's try a bit harder on those.

Are you comfortable now, rudruff?
