Oh, Lane - washingtonismoney - 08-25-2013

"Quarterbacks Max Wittek and Cody Kessler both will play for No. 24 Southern California in its season opener next week."

Other fun revelations: the Kiffster gave the depth chart about "5 seconds' thought"

Re: Oh, Lane - fullmetal - 08-26-2013

That thud was the sound of U$C's prospects this season falling a notch.  Marqise Lee's draft stock will probably remain unscathed, but the overall health of the Trojan offense...well, let's just say that I'm okay with a little schizophrenia under center there.

Re: Oh, Lane - Bruce Wang - 08-28-2013

What does Lane do when neither QB plays better than the other against Hawaii?

EDIT: I see that Haden has endorsed this strategy for their 2nd game as well.

Lane Kiffin is not having a very good week: http://www.tddaily.com/news/new-book-reveals-that-then-tennessee-coach-lane-kiffin-would-ask-hostesses-to-take-out-recruits/

I remember taking some kids from my son's high school up to Auburn on a day recruiting trip. While we were watching practice they had a couple of cute gals that would circulate and talk to the recruits. They certainly weren't going to suggest anything with a parent around, but it was fun anyway.

Re: Oh, Lane - Fuzzy Dunlop - 09-01-2013

From Ted Miller:

Quote:So tricky! RT @ArashMarkazi: Lane Kiffin says he knows who his starting quarterback will be next week but will not announce it until Sat.

Re: Oh, Lane - washingtonismoney - 09-03-2013

Seems Lane's going with the hapless Cody Kessler instead of the slightly-less-hapless Max Wittek: https://twitter.com/ESPN_Pac12blog/status/374986239361183744

the Tigerettes.  Head Coach Boug Darfield started the program back in the 70s.  back then, it was pretty wide open, but it has been scaled back a bit after a few hiccups including a few Tigerettes being on school payroll.
