Wake Forest beat Duke 54-48. I\'m liking our chances.
Also, Utah will join the Pac-10 next year, but Colorado may not show up until two years from now:

It\'s official: Colorado is joining the Pac 10/12 next year. CU agreed Tuesday to fork over $6.86 million in exit fees to the Big 12.

I hope the Pac-10 isn\'t subsidizing that exit  strategy.  I mean, does anyone right now think that CU will be a quality addition to Pac-10 membership...?  (Same goes for Utah.)

The conference is fronting CU the money, which they\'ll repay via lower disbursements in the future.

so it\'s not Washington\'smoney...it is Scott\'smoney?
I wonder how much CU and UU will add to Pac 12 revenue or whether they will actually cost the member schools because of the wider split of conference revenue???

I\'d much rather have CU than Texas in the Pac. It\'s hard enough to win the conference with USC and the Northwest power du jour as it is. Most conferences have a couple of automatic wins for decent teams except the Pac (other than when we used to be an automatic for others). Plus just the mere thought of having to watch 4 hours of football a year with glimpses of Mack Brown is enough to nauseate me (sorry, fullmetal).
Even the reduced revenue aspect of CU has a silver lining -- potentially more speculation about what sport Cal would have to kill next.
