Life is so easy right now for Andrew Luck. What a prodigy.

Loukas runs it in as well!

I can\'t think of anything to complain about for this game.  Luck was incredible, our offensive line is stellar, and the first string defense was really, really good.  The big thing I\'ve noticed vs other Stanford teams is the sense of toughness.  I don\'t know how to describe it except that I always have a feeling our guys are going to hit harder than the other team.  I hope that keeps up through the whole season.  ND, USC, AZ and Oregon and even the Weenies are going to be better than what we\'ve faced so far.

Ryan Whalen\'s injury is a downer.  hopefully it was just a hyperextension.

Don\'t mean to sound greedy after a 44-point win, but I thought our kicking game could sure use some improvement. Two missed PATs and our kickoff coverage was lacking, I thought. Maybe the Kickoff Special Teamers were worn out.

No!  No!  No!  Let\'s not mess with the formula.

Those that have grumbled all season long have to keep the grumbling going.  The DBs weren\'t that impressive.  Right?  Luck was 17 for 23.  6 incompletions could be 6 too many one day.  This RB by committee thing will not work!  Loukas was certainly not ready to step in.  Etc.

Oh, and hey, while we are at it.  I have heard that B.e.a.r.s do not do well if they are respected.  Hence the winning big when they are unranked, and losing big when they are ranked and/or getting love.

So since I suspect the C.a.l love will be hard to find this week...I thought I would mention that Vereen looked GREAT.  He could/should be a first round draft pick.  And the B.e.ars likely were just not able to deal with the altitude, so they should be fine against UofA.

And then luckily it will all be downhill from there.  ;)

Actually, cal bounced back from losses the last few years. I fully expect them to this week. However, cal\'s at the end of the season.  Notre Dame is up next, and they\'re smarting from a close overtime loss. I\'m worried about them. I hope the team is concerned as well; just as we can win against a team that beat us, so can the University of South Bend.

The likelihood is a victory, but it\'s certainly not a guarantee.
