Going to be an interesting year. Not a lot of big names on the team. Goalies look solid, Jenna and Ella are really good, not sure about the rest, though I think my daughter played against several of them, though none were incredibly memorable aside from Ella. Fingers crossed!

I'd pushback on your not a lot of big names assertion. In addition to Jenna and Ella, Juliette Dhalluin (France), Sienna Green (Australia), and Serena Browne (Canada) are all Olympians. Juliette was the MVP of the championship match last year IMO with 3 goals vs USC. Serena scored twice in the championship as well and Sienna is a transfer from UCLA and former all-American player while there. Not too shabby when 5/7 of your starting lineup are Olympians!

Wow, I didn't know that. Looks interesting.

Stanford WWP coasted to a
20-7 win over UC Davis in their first match of the season, at home on Sunday.
But the season gets going quickly. This coming weekend, they compete in Berkeley against Long Beach State (Sat 9:30AM), UCLA (Sat 2PM), and Cal (Sun 12:30PM). We'll know a lot more about how things look after that.
The
preseason poll lists 1. Stanford, 2. USC, 3. UCLA, 4. Hawaii, 5. Cal, 6. Long Beach State.

stanford still has so much olympic, national team and international team talent to not win this year and 2027.
but they'll also be graduating 9 players after 2027 season (carpenter, flynn, woodhead... the australian olympian/ucla transfer... france olympian etc). that's a lot of talent to make up for to go for a four-peat.

The roster doesn’t give that info but (at least) Juliette Dhalluin is left handed.

Walking up to Cal campus to watch women’s water polo, perhaps our best chance of a national championship.
(Granddaughter now goes to UCLA so I have to temper my animosity toward those traitorous Bruins)

GoStanford.com didn't seem to list the live stats. Normally they are found here
Stanford - Long Beach match
The FOSH doesn't list the Stanford - UCLA exhibition game that is on Stanford's schedule today. I guess it will be treated as a scrimmage with neither side caring about the score. Or will it?
Against LBSU, Stanford scored 5 times or more in each quarter. That's a lot of offense. 12 different players scored.
