"Take Me Out to the Ballgame" at PAC-12 baseball games? - GoodGrief - 04-30-2022

I'd like to take my kid, and possibly the younger kid to a UCLA (or if I have to, USC) baseball game in LA. Aforementioned kid mostly cares about experiencing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the 7th inning stretch. 

Am I correct that everybody does a 7th inning stretch "TMOttB" sing-a-long? And given the attention span of my kid for non-dinosaur-related activities, when should we arrive to minimize waiting for that 7th inning stretch? I'm guessing 2 hours after the scheduled start time? I appreciate any thoughts, thanks. 

It's kind of fun to introducing my kids to sports as long as I understand that I won't get to watch much. Took the kid to see Bryce Love in action against USC. He enjoyed the hot dog. Took him to a UCLA basketball game. He liked the ice cream.

I took my kids to some Stanford games in the mid 80's. Because the stands were built on a dirt mound and sodas were sold in bottles there are hundreds of thousand's of pop caps and I think my boys collected half of them. My younger son was laughing and I asked him why. "Stanford has a player named Mustard, that's funny."

Get there in the fifth inning and immediately buy hot dogs, sodas and if they have it, Cracker Jack. Get him another dog in the sixth, bathroom in the bottom of the inning and you'll be ready.
