Tyrell Terry scores - chrisk - 12-25-2020
Terry played the last 2 minutes of the Maverick’s blowout loss to the Lakers, making his first NBA basket in the last second.

I don't know if there's video, but the shot Terry made was a really nice scoop shot right at the buzzer. And his one assist was a beautiful pass through traffic.
Meaningless in the context of the game but still great to see.
Don't expect to see much more of Terry outside of meaningless end game periods--Rick Carlisle hardly ever plays rookies.

Indeed. So far, Dallas' round 1 pick Josh Green has played 3 minutes in both games, Ty has now played his first 2, and the other two rookies have not seen the court.
Dallas seems like a great situation for Ty, as he can be eased into the game while continuing to work on his body. Oh, and he's making a cool $1.3M this year to do so. (His fully guaranteed contract is 3 years/$4.6M with a fourth year $1.9M team option.)

A note on this game. The Mavericks led 77-27 at halftime. Yes, you read that right. That is now the record for largest halftime lead in NBA history.

Mavs only outscored the Clippers by one in the second half. Lue must have given the Clippers one hell of a halftime speech.
