To be fair, most students don't live in campus dorms. But what, pray tell, should those who do live on campus do?

A long time ago I dated an engineer who’d gone to Stanford, whose son was studying engineering at UCB. Any time the son came home complaining about some administrative stupidity at Cal, my the dad would smile and say, “that’s what you get for going to a school that’s run by the same people who bring you the DMV.”
