Scott Atlas admits he was wrong -

No, not about that; about giving an interview with RT (Russia Today, which is a Russian propaganda outfit).

I have to wonder whether Atlas has the self awareness to wonder what is it about his positions that is appealing to a Russian propaganda outfit. Like, does he
know that he is playing into their hands?

How can he work for Hoover and not know about RT?
And who at the White House is arranging for his press appearances? Would they let Fauci talk to RT?

From Fauci in the Washington Post:
“I have real problems with that guy,” Fauci said of Atlas. “He’s a smart guy who’s talking about things that I believe he doesn’t have any real insight or knowledge or experience in. He keeps talking about things that when you dissect it out and parse it out, it doesn’t make any sense.”
