A poll on whether you're attending home games, and where you live. - estephan500 - 10-02-2011
Please vote in this poll. And any additional info is welcome in the reply thread ("I live in Socal and am attending two games dammit")

I think I will only attend bowl games unless I move to California (in the near future anyway).

Living on the east coast. Saw the Duke game, will probably go to bowl game, especially if it's the one in Pasadena or the big one in New Orleans.

I'm in NorCal and usually attend multiple games a year. Unfortunately, that will not be the case this year -- new (first) baby.

Now, you'll really be sleepwalking!

You understand there's Northern California and then there's "Northern California".

I'll tell you this. I make minimum wage and live in Sacramento with no car, and I'm able to afford and get to the games. In fact, I'm going to be a regular season ticket holder. I love the experience and I hope they offer the same family endzone package every season. I don't care if Luck or Nottingham is our QB, I'm a fan for life. Win or lose.

I've had season tix every year i've lived in the bay area, which is 6 of the 12 years post graduation for me. I got to 5-7 of the games, depending on family and work restrictions. But oddly, I've only been to one bowl game, the 1996 Sun Bowl when I was a member of LSJUMB.

Great info, thanks. So I'm guessing that sunday morning, lots of people here had sore throats from shouting.

I know I did for sure. And they called me into work @ 2AM right after the game. Part of my job is talking.

Yeah. This Sunday wasn't my best day singing in the choir.

I live in Modesto and we have from 10 to twenty of us who make the trip for every game (up from 2 to 6 during the dark days).

Modesto? We had a large group from Modesto behind us in section 115 cheering for Stanford and Modesto Christian kids who played for UCLA. You guys like your football.

Sorry, instead of Northern Ca I should have said something like "within 3 hours drive of Stanford."

I live in SoCal and am attending six games dammit.Â
This might be the only year I do anything this crazy, but I promised a buddy of mine I'd get season tickets with her if Andrew came back. He did, so I'm doing a lot of traveling this year.
I brought 5 family members with me for the season opener and made a fun holiday weekend out of it.
I brought my brother with me for the UCLA game and treated a few others who reside in the Bay Area who probably wouldn't otherwise attend a game.Â
The Colorado game is the only one I'll miss, but I already found someone to make use of my ticket.Â
I can't wait for the November stretch of Oregon, UC East Bay, ND. Go Cardinal.

I'm jealous in a good way :) Speaking of which, where did Stephen Durrett and his awesome photoblog posts of the game go? I do miss them so...

Great job! Not only for you driving up so often, but for you finding others to attend too.Â
For two years, I tried the SoCal drive up thing but did not get to 6 Bay Area games per season. That is really quite impressive.
