Shamelessly stirring up old resentments and ill will - Redrum - 08-29-2017

But, this is Lane Kiffin we're talking about, so why not?  Besides, it helps us remember when at USC he actually helped us dethrone them.

Quote:"By the end of our time together, I wanted to physically beat his ass," says one former coach who worked with Kiffin. "And I wasn't the only one."

Quote:"He's completely unaware of his impact on others. When you're a coach, everything you say and do is not only scrutinized by the media and your boosters, but modeled by your players. Eventually, that will eat away at what you're trying to build until there is nothing left."

Man, I wish he was still coaching SC.  He fits right in down there.

My favorite comment about him is that his coaching career makes more sense in reverse.

Reading that article makes me appreciate Shaw all the more.

Including perhaps rumors of dalliances of the extramarital variety...argh.

OC Southern Cal => HC Raiders => HC Tennessee => HC Southern Cal => OC Alabama => HC FAU

Actually, it doesn't make sense from either direction.

I WANTED KIFFIN TO STAY AT SC FOREVER, THE ONLY COACH THERE NOW WHO WORRIES ME IS PENDERGAST WHO ALWAYS GAME PLANNED WELL FOR US
