Hogan. - cardcrimson - 12-05-2015

Elway was named the Pac-8-10-12 player of the century and never played in a bowl game. Hogan's starting three. Rose Bowls. Congrats and thanks. The most successful Stanford quarterback of all time.

We've been very lucky to have a QB like Hogan after Luck.

Hopefully the next man up can continue the tradition of QB-U

The side-step check-down to CMac was fantastic. He has his weaknesses, but damn. 3 pac-12 titles. Will Hogan ever be fully appreciated?

He will be by his teammates and coaches, and he seems like a guy to whom that is most important.

To be completely unfair. I hope not half way through next season. . . .

FWIW, He's been close to perfect for us. As has Shaw.

The true appreciation for Hogan will probably not come until next year.

How could they leave CMac, of all people, soooooo wide open on that play?!!?!

Re: Hogan. - Hurlburt88 - 12-06-2015

I think he was blocking initially and released when he didn't need to pick up anyone.  I think usc did not have a man assigned specifically and that was their bad gamble.  Â
