CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - winflop - 11-28-2015

Mrs Winflop & I are sitting in the back of sec 112 bought on stubhub. Not going to the horribly overpriced ($75 WTF) SAA tailgate though

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - BostonCard - 11-29-2015

Boston Card Jr and I will be in section 224, just behind the Stanford section (also purchased via StubHub).

FYI - parking passes can be bought via ticketmaster but you need to go through Pac-12.com

Does that mean "bring a six pack?" :)

The bottle you keep behind the 45s stacked on the top shelf in your coat closet.  On the right.

The kind that has Wipe Out on side A and Surfer Joe on side B.  Those other 42s are next to the shotgun, by the front door.

I'll know where I am when the ticket office tells me!  I guess we will find out tomorrow (just called them to ask).

That's one hell of a lot of bourbon. Are you putting a whole fifth in that thing?

Lol ok so I misread the start time. I will be making gumbo for the family, still with the 44 oz beam and coke. Stupac, fill it with ice and add 4 shots bourbon and top with coke, works out to be a good two drink night for a fat kid (spread over a few hours). If the team should lose I may switch to Booker's on the rocks around the 4th quarter after the kids are in bed and the wife is blissfully catching up on the Walking Dead.

It being 3/4 ice is the only way that doesn't kill you. So I suppose that makes sense then!

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - Rally - 12-01-2015

Mrs. Ferrari and I will be sitting by the fire, in front of the big screen, munching my good luck burgers at half time, sambuca at hand for when things get dicey.

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - Griffins78 - 12-01-2015

Will be there with my wife - and driving my cousin and her husband (they're big "SC" fans)

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - ChicagoCard - 12-02-2015

Do any CARDboarders in Chicago plan to watch the game at a pub (with large screens)? It looks like it won't be a free stream on WatchESPN, not even the Spanish language which I would mute and combine with the audio from some other source :(.

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - CTcard - 12-02-2015

CTcard and CTcard Jr. will be watching and tailgating in our living room in Glastonbury, CT. At least until halftime when Jr. will have to go to bed - and will be crying profusely about it.

Hopefully I won't have to follow up with my own crying about two hours later.

I'll throw The Anthem out there again, even though the Chicago club hasn't updated their event to include the CCG...

Thank you!

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - stupac2 - 12-02-2015

Just got my tickets, my wife and I will be in section 120.

Re: CCG - where you sitting & tailgating - Farm93 - 12-02-2015

I am sure many corporate clients got tickets and will dump them on Stubhub, but felt enough loyalty to the conference to buy from Stanford's allocation through Stanford.

Picked Section 222 as the section is elevated enough to see the full field, closer to the students, not too expensive and part of Stanford's allocation.

I suspect USC fans will outnumber Stanford fans.  The USC band likely will be there in full force which will be annoying.  Too bad USC hasn't embraced the no-huddle "raid" style game as that program really keeps the band noise down.

Also will LSJUMB get post-season play relief or will this be another LSJUMB-free event?
