Not sure that I would ding the stadium that much for access; compared to some places I have tried to get to, Stanford Stadium is ridiculously easy. Yeah, it's a bit of a ways from the major freeways, but coming from 280 you rarely encounter too much traffic, and the parking situation is as good as many pro stadiums.
Otherwise a nice review.

What's really amazing to me is that Memorial Stadium gets a higher rating for access than Stanford Stadium.

Well, during the day, the Coliseum neighborhood is pretty good. Exposition Park is definitely worth a visit, and the space shuttle is awesome.
Just make sure you leave before sunset.

That has to be a joke, right? Driving anywhere near Berkeley at any time that other people are awake is a complete nightmare. That stretch of 80 makes 101 look like a cakewalk.
