Buechele.
Which MLB player has struck out in the most consecutive games in MLB history. Hint: there's a Giants connection.
Which MLB player hit a home run, but did NOT get credit for a run scored. Hint: there's a Giants conneection.
Who's the only Cy Young award winner to have a losing career record? No Giants connection...

Randy Jones?
Nice pull, Terry. Jones was 100-123 for his career. Like Matt Cain, he was a pretty good pitcher with good stuff and a good ERA (3.42 vs. Cain's 3.68) but with a career losing record (Cain was 104-118). Their career WHIP was about the same, 1.251 (Jones) to 1.228. Jones had two really good years, going 20-12 in 1975 and 22-8 (Cy Young) in 1976. Overall, Jones had seven sub-.500 seasons in his ten year career. Might have had something to do with throwing 25 complete games in 40 starts during his cy young season, because he never had a winning season after that.

Joe Adcock hit the ball out of the park vs Harvey Haddix to break up his no hitter in the 12 th inning. He passed a runner between 1st and 2nd thus it became a single
Jeremy Guthrie was the last to wear Flanagan’s number

Aaron Judge struck out at least once in 37 consecutive games.
On 9/26/08, Bengie Molina hit a home run that was originally judged a single. He rounded the bag, and stayed at first base. Bochy had pre-arranged that if Molina got on base, Emmanuel Burriss would run for him.
While Burriss was at first base, Omar Vizquel told Bochy that the ball should be ruled a home run, and that Bochy should challenge it...which he did, successfully. But since the pinch runner substitution had already technically occurred, Burriss was forced to finish out Molina's home run, starting at first base.
Therefore, technically, Molina hit a home run and did not score. His line for that game reads 3 AB, 0 R, 1 H, 2 RBI.
BTW, baseball reference disagrees with the ruling. On their box score, they show Molina with the run, and do not include Burriss in the game box score, much less scoring a run:
Los Angeles Dodgers vs San Francisco Giants Box Score: September 26, 2008 | Baseball-Reference.com
PPS...this was a game against the Dodgers, in which future Dodger manager Dave Roberts played and scored a run.
