This is Tanner's second consecutive start due to Jalen Hurts' blood clot situation.  Last week against the Panthers, he had a QBR of 35.4 in a losing effort (26/45, 215 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT, 3 sacks for -28 yds).  This week against the Cowboys (and missing WR1 Devonta Smith), he looked worse with a QBR of 24.1 (23/35, 211 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT, 2 sacks for -11 yds).  The Eagles just aren't very good up front, but Tanner needs to step it up.

To be fair to Tanner, he looked okay for three quarters. Saquon Barkley got re-injured, and once the Eagles couldn't run the ball, the Dallas pass rush destroyed the Eagles offense.
