One of those play just well enough to get beat games.
Five straight losses against the Cougs.

Sitting at 3-4.  Bleeech.  
Remaining games, 4 of 5 at Home, with a visit to Corvallis.  
WASH -- can win that, maybe. 
UTAH -- tough 
@ORST -- toss-up, but we won't be favored; they're run game could slash us. 
KAL game -- ends up being the Toilet Bowl. 
Domers -- Loss.  

So... that was the pivotal SIXTH win for a bowl.  Looks like 5-7 or 4-8 now. 
The run game is weak, and the Defense cannot close down the win like they did 2010-2015.

Hope Rolovich enjoyed coaching that thrilling game, because it's going to be his last with the Cougs unless he has a completely different kind of epiphany within the next couple of days.

If Stanford couldn't make an example out of him, the next best thing would be for Sara Cody to materialize in the stands at Martin Stadium, march down to the sideline, and beat his sorry &%$ all around with a wooden cane.

I think since Akina arrived, Stanford has had some of their best years when it comes to talent in the secondary, I wouldn't blame him as much as Lance Anderson, who probably isn't quite good enough to be a DC.  Would've loved to have picked up Derek Mason if we could've.

I remember when I was happy with 4 wins, two of those against SC and Berkeley. 

I kinda want more now. But I’ll definitely take a Big Game win if we only have one left in us.

Then, in my opinion, you don't care much about Stanford playing winning football. The naming of Tavita Pritchard as O coordinator really tells one all one needs to know about choosing competent assistants, personal accountability, arrogance, and being able to adapt on the fly. The running game might as well not even exist.
