Not a trivia question. Instead, a fun couple of factoids…
Tulane is ranked #16 this week in the AP Poll. They are scheduled to play #22 Central Florida on Saturday. This will be the first time a ranked Tulane team will face a ranked opponent since 1973 (the Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl) and the first time a ranked Tulane team will face a ranked opponent at home since 1949.
Note: The last time a ranked Tulane team won a game v. a ranked team was 1956 (v. Mississippi).
This has been the year for several of the (FKA) lost causes of college football with Kansas, Tulane and Illinois playing well.

Stanford vs. Cal has been played 124 times; Army v. Navy has been played 122 times. Though Army v. Navy's first game predated Stanford v. Cal by two years.
And not a full trivia question, but Stanford v. Cal has resulted in 11 ties, most of all college football rivalries.

Final BG tie was 1988 or so, Tuan Van Le, born in Vietnam, blocked a chip shot field goal to preserve a tie over what was on paper a better Cal team. My favorite big game ever, the block happened right in front of me, I was sitting with all Cal fans...
