Chip Kelly keeping it real at Northwestern.

Northwestern lost to Chip’s old team.

A one score game on the road. Granted the Ducks were without Dante, but they out spend Northwestern by three or four fold. Northwestern is pretty impressive this year. If they (and Duke) can be successful, why can't we?

Well I have to take back my earlier comments about this team being on par with 2006.  The offense is clearly better, and they play with much more heart overall.  That said, this defense may be the least effective Stanford defense to ever take the field.  No pressure on the QB, abhorrent tackling skills, and coverage that makes my 'Covered California' insurance seem not so bad.
