Is .359 in high school good?  I guess it depends on the competition, but at the high school level, that doesn’t seem that impressive.  Recruiting her as a Lib/DS makes sense.

Lila Martin is listed at 5'9" which means she is about 5'8".  The first posted picture on her Instagram is a Stanford WVB picture with big letters LIBERO.  She will be playing DS.  No chance she is an OH at Stanford.

Chayse Courtney is a highly rated OH and was a player I was hoping would commit to Stanford.

Aside from 3 cross country trips to the state of Pennsylvania which seems like a lot, looks ok to me. First time in several years no Nebraska and no Texas on the schedule. I did enjoy those series in the past especially Texas.

Yeah, a shame; those are high quality volleyball matches.  Lots of good volleyball in the ACC, but still, I like our pre-season matches against top teams so having matches against Wisconsin, Penn State, and defending national champions Texas A&M will be fun.

This looks like an unfavorable schedule for the home fans. Look at the road vs. home vs. neutral matches against top 20 teams (based on last year's tournament seedings). Stanford is going to have to be a road warrior.

Honestly, looking at the game dates, that is a brutal travel schedule. At least the stretch from Sept. 9-27 will let them rack up frequent flyer miles.

Fall quarter starts September 22 so at least no class for that stretch of travel.

I see that one position in endowed (Oden sisters), the other isn't. How did they pick who gets the endowed position? Does it have more "rank"?
