We are averaging 5 yards per carry. ORST is averaging 4.2 ypc. So we are out-rushing them.

The double doozy of giving up a TD right at the end of the 1st half and another at the start of the 2nd half, along with the turnovers did us in. 

Having no decent quarterback on the field today, of course, didn't help our cause.

The score was actually in line with my 42-17 expectations, and yet it was still hard to watch.
The entire team played better than last week, so I have some hope that against a weaker Pac-12 opponent things might be OK.

As this game is over it is time for me to remember that our program may be having a bad season, but...
I have been to 4 Rose Bowl games, I have watched my team win 2 Rose Bowl games.
That's quite a bit better than anything alums of that other Bay Area football team can claim.

And....we have the Axe.
