OK, just to do a changeup name a famous person (real or in print/movie/TV) for each day of the week. I have three athletes on my list.
Rick Monday to get you started.

Saturday was killing me. I knew there was someone, but couldn't remember. Google didn't help much on this one.
As we're onto names, without looking it up, name the players and their positions from the Abbott and Costello routine.

Great job guys. I didn't know the endeavor guy. I can't believe I missed Sgt/Lt Friday. I bet I watched all the Dragnet episodes at least 10 times. I had Aadams, Billy Sunday, Jeff Saturday and Tuesday Weld.
I had Man Friday (Defoe) and Colonel Owen Thursday (Henry Fonda) and his daughter Philadelphia (Shirley Temple) from John Ford's "Fort Apache." I also thought about Sunday Silence who beat Easy Goer in the '89 Breeders Cup Classic, one of the greatest races of all time with the Tom Durkin call that's for the ages.

And Eddie Haskell in the last couple of years.
As for Abbot and Costello I think Why and Because played in the outfield. Is there a Naturally? Been a long time since I heard the sketch.
