Ugh. This is really a total team loss. Damn it.

Is Parry hurt too now?  Harrison Phillips is playing NT.

Re: STanford - Arizona State live thread - stupac2 - 10-18-2014

Of fucking course. Disaster of a game.

Oh no...

I can't wait till Chryst is leading this offense, it's so painful to watch.  Our defense really couldn't do anything in this game because our offense never left the station.  This is an atrocious defense that made our offense look bad.  It seems this will be the first mediocre season in a while.

I really hope Chryst is better than hogan has been, especially this year.  But I don't understand the blind faith people have in him.  Everyone wanted Sanders to play more the last couple years.  And he has proven himself to be a capable running back.  But he has not been much better than that.  I worry that people have unreasonable expectations for Chryst, based mostly on wishful thinking and reputation, and not based on anything he's done as a collegian.

Worst game I've seen us play in quite some time.

I haven't turned off a Stanford game during the game in several years...

Re: STanford - Arizona State live thread - stupac2 - 10-18-2014

We are Shittu out of Luck

Re: STanford - Arizona State live thread - stupac2 - 10-18-2014

Ugh, horrible. Horrible offense, horrible special teams, horrible clock management at the end. Defense did what it could, but holy hell. I thought that the ND game was a total catastrophe, this beats it by a brobdingnagian margin. Wow.

What are you doing Shaw? Ty isn't Cajuste or Hooper. Can't do the jump ball play.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Reminiscent of the Buddy/Wlat era.

I don't know about his decision making ability and knowledge of the offensive plays, but from what I know his throwing motion and accuracy is far better than Hogan's.

I've seen a lot of his tape and he has an extremely short delivery.  It's refreshing.
