Boy, the Cal really upgraded from Presbyterian to Southern Utah.  I can already see them petitioning the NCAA as ASU did to be able to count that one towards a bowl game.  I don't see 6 other wins on their schedule.

You only need to petition if you have 2 wins against FCS schools. You can always have 1 win against FCS level competition count towards bowl eligibility.
