It might be helpful for the admin to move the posts about Fallbrook to the Introductions thread so as to maintain the focus of this one on the Class of 2016 recruiting.
And, as a former resident of San Diego County I agree that Fallbrook is a great place.

I don't know....naming us among 2 other schools that are "definitely" in the top 7 almost sounds like we are in top 3 territory. When he first came out with his top 10, he hadn't visited Stanford and we were not included. After his visit, we immediately jumped in to his top10. His mom loves Stanford.

Somehow I've got this feeling that if all Stanford recruits were required to live up to the grammar standards promulgated by the CardBoard Grammar Police we wouldn't have much of a class.

Agreed. Are we really going to be evaluate the grammar of 15-17 year old kids who have only been familiar with certain regional speaking styles? It was an interview not a dissertation.
My freshman year, I read one of the most beautifully written papers I had ever seen by someone who is a dear friend of mine to this day (we'll be meeting up for Big Game this year). He was a master of the written word! Eloquence, clarity, and correct grammar that reflected acceptable conventions. You would have never guessed he was such an incredible writer simply by speaking with him though; "Whaz up, holmes?" "Naw, dude, No!" were a few of his common phrases and his spoken grammar was lacking. He reeled in nothing but As on written assignments...and English was his second language. Later he revealed that he had only known private and prep school education in Mexico that prepared his English writing style.
Let's not be so quick to judge our prospects in this way. It has an air of superiority with the sense of looking down one's nose. Robertson reports a 3.8 GPA, thus he is on the Stanford recruiting radar.

I'm guessing Costello is going to be a 5 star soon. If Kelly and Robinson commit (they could be mutually attracting forces for each other), Stanford could have three 5 star recruits in 2016. When you factor in how many four stars there could be, 2016 seems it has potential to be another Top 5 national class. Anyone think this is more than a 50/50 possibility?

Another top 5 class? Have we ever had a top 5 class?
Regardless, Mike Williams agrees with you--about a month ago he tweeted that a yet-to-be-named school was putting together a top 5 class.

I think the highest recruiting ranking we have received was #5 from Rivals in 2012.
Costello is putting on a hell of a show at the Elite11 competition, but unfortunately the event is closed off to many recruiting sites. My guess is that he will earn a fifth star after his senior season if he continues to perform at a high level. Several other less evaluated players will hopefully receive a bump as well.
Finishing with a consensus top15 recruiting class seems almost a certainty. If we land both Kelly and Robertson along with Costello receiving a fifth star, that may push us to top5 territory. While the cumulative quality of recruits can be very good, putting together players with the right fit and skill set for an offense or defense is probably more important.
The results of recruiting rankings along with actual results is surprising. This article contains that comparison:

Nine out of twenty five teams that had an average top25 recruiting class between 2010-2013 did not finish the 2013 season ranked in the top25. That seems like a high percentage of misses considering the amount of stacked talented. It is most likely explained by some coaching, injury, or position group deficiency factor.
