Nope.

Some additional info.  He’s 99, and is the only living person to have played in MLB in the 40’s, and the last living Philadelphia Athletic.

Well done Bob. He’ll turn 100 in less than a month so I saw an article about him.

Willie Mays
Bobby Bonds
Garry Maddox
Angel Pagan
Jung Hoo Lee

They all played CF for the Giants.

Good guess. All five had seasons with 30+ doubles and 10+ triples in the same season.

It's pretty difficult to do. Mays did it twice. All of the others did it once.

Willie Mays was playing In Minneapolis in 1951 when called up to the Giants. Who was Mays’ Manager on Minneapolis? A Bay Area name

One player in ML history got hits for two different team in two cities on the same day.   Who is he?

Extra credit:  name the cities he played in  and the teams he played for that day (and night)!

I think we've had this question before. Joel Youngblood, Giants and Mets?

My aging brain cells are not coming up with his name, but i believe he played a game for the Mets during the day, got traded, flew to another city , and played for the Expos that same night.

Yes Youngblood.  Mets is right.  Where was that game played?  Giants not correct, he came to the Giants later from team 2 of his wild day.

And for big bonus points, name the pitchers, both of whom are in HOF that he got the hits off.

Seaver, and I have no idea which HoF pitcher played for the Expos.

Tommy Heath was the Minneapolis Manager in 1951. In 1952 he became the SF Seals Manager.

Now back to undrafted Hall of Famers.
