I was/am also rooting for the Spurs. agree on MJ "learnings". In the larger picture am a bit concerned that young Wemby likes some lame and fragrant fouls. IMO need to get smarter and more controlled--difference between a Kareem and a Draymond.

Really feel for you Needle. That was brutal. Historically brutal. Coaching malpractice honestly. I don't have a dog in this one but was rooting for an even series and dog fight through 7. If the Spurs even force a Game 7 that would be pretty epic. Starting to get a little annoyed with MSG being The Forum east with famous front row people (She's here, she's there, she's every effing where....Tay Swift....Tay Swift...she's...) and you can hear Breen loving every second of this, but I won't be heartbroken if Grand Theft Alvarado (Tech's lone bright spot in 20 years) gets a chip where he grew up.

He actually signed a 1-year (rest of the season) deal last year, not a 2-year deal as reported. And now he's a restricted free agent and in line to get a bigger salary this year. The Nuggets already made him a $2.7M qualifying offer meaning that they can match any offer he gets from any team.

Jones just signed a 2-year offer sheet with OKC. $12M for 2 years. Good for him.
