Mile yes. 2 Mile or 3200. California runs 1600 and 3200. But these two have run mile and 2 mile sub 9 minutes in the latter is very good sub 8:40 around HS records

Thanks Bob. The 2 mile is not an NCAA event right? For that matter, the mile isn’t either, but the 1500 m is pretty close. How well does the 2 mile run translate to 5,000 m (which is about 3 miles)? Do you think they will run the 1500 and 5000?

The Young’s are distance runners. 1500 to XC including 5K
3K is an indoor NCAA championship race
