Who is the only switch hitter to win batting titles in both leagues?
I don't think there has been one, has there?
I remember when Bill Mueller came up, there was a lot of excitement. He batted 330 in 200 ABs his rookie year, then hit around .295 his first three years with the Giants. Pretty dependable third baseman with no real power, but excellent OPS. Both his BA and OBP took a dip his fifth year with the Giants, he got traded, then became the last switch-hitter in the American League to win a batting title with the Red Sox a few years later. Great contact hitter, career OPS of around .800. Found a little power for the Red Sox. Ended up a Dodger, but no one's perfect... ;)

Senior moment. I misread a line. Mea Culpa. What switch hitters had multiple batting titles?

Pete Rose had three, 1968, 1969 and 1973.
Willie McGee was the only other one. Both were with the Cardinals, in 1985 and in 1990, but he played the last month of the season with the Oakland A's, which may lead to the confusion. He played 125 games with the Cardinals and just 29 with the A's. Therefore, he won the NL batting title.

1) There are only two pitchers in MLB history who have:
- Thrown multiple no-hitters
- Won multiple Cy Young awards
- Won multiple league strikeout crowns
- Won multiple World Series titles
- Had multiple All-Star selections
One is a Dodger. One is a Giant. Name them. Phogge was right, Koufax and Lincecum.
You can add Max Scherzer to Lincecum and Koufax.
