The "Hot Dachshund" was first served to patrons of the St. Louis Browns in the 1880's.
Henry Stevens invented the official scorecard. Stevens Inc was the first large provider of eats and drinks in MLB starting in the 1900's. Stevens continued to be the vendor at Candlestick Park for decades.
Rich Karlis was the last barefoot placekicker in the NFL.
Before Flutie's dropkick conversion in 2006 the last dropkick was made by Scooter McLean in 1941.
The first recorded item re lemonade stands was by the New York Times which noted that a bartender took advantage of a hot NYC day to take his wears outside. There is an article in the Palo Alto Times in 1950 of a certain Robert K being robbed of his lemonade pennies by a gang of "masked juveniles."

I think Eddie Collins must have played in four but he was a singles hitter. There has to be more plus a few pitchers.
