For what it is worth, one tweet recently described Shittu as attending a HS game wearing a Stanford sweatshirt.
Sometimes the attempt to get a read on recruits reminds me of the old Kremlinology of the 1970s (who is standing next to whom, and what does that say about the internal wokings of the Politburo). I love following recruiting, but sometimes it these reports are fairly ridiculous.

So for a guy that size would a C...a...l type still yell "Take off that red shirt!" Or does that chant stop once the guy is big enough to crush you?

It seems hard to believe Shittu is going to California even if admitted to Stanford.
Would it be correct to say the big three admissions questions are Sanders, Shittu, and Odenigbo?Â

Does anyone know anyone (athlete or not) who turned down Stanford for Kal as an undergrad? I've never run across one. I could see it perhaps in the 70s, but I doubt it's happened recently.Â

Last year Brennan Scarlett was accepted by Stanford, but he committed to Cal. It does happen...
"[Aziz's coach] and California recruiters have convinced Aziz that though California has a lower entrance standard for athletes than Stanford, it is just as if not more academically rigorous than Stanford."
Hmm... it's good to hear the Aziz's coach is letting Aziz decide what is best for himself without letting his (the coach's) biased opinion influence Aziz.... Not.
