Reading through his comments in the Rivals article, I couldn't help but notice two points Antoine made in explaining his decision for Stanford: Stanford's "tradition of being one of the powerhouse football teams" (which is absolutely correct for anyone picking up the story in the past 8 years or so) as well as the effectiveness of Duane Akina in recruiting, particularly I assume DBs.
Keep that train a-rollin', and make sure Akina stays as one of the engineers!

This story is great news for the good guys! For a Georgia site, one would think the focus would have been on how Robertson views the Bulldogs. The Stanford story is the meat of the article.

The April Junior Day seems to have been a tremendous success. Almost everyone who came is listed as "good shot" or better on my mini-Hulk chart. And it's a very talented group. Now I'm interested to see who visits in mid-may around the time of the Rivals camp. I hear it will be another fantastic group of talent. If the level of interest in Stanford is comparable to the April group, Shaw will be poised for a great class.

May 21 is the date that scores become available for the SAT that kids took this last Saturday. It may be a complete coincidence, but I'll note that Yarbrough is apparently scheduled to announce his college choice on the same day.

According to his Twitter account, Chidi Okonya, SSDE from Georgia, is announcing his commitment on May 15. Anyone know if Stanford is still in the running? I know that we are in his top 5, but he seems to have taken a fancy to Tennessee lately, and I seem to recall that Hulk had mentioned that distance might be an issue for Chidi.

I'm a bit cautious about putting recruits into the "likely" category, but Long and Williams are both on the verge. This is a very good sign from Williams, especially when read in the context of all the recent tweets:
