I suspect that the North Korean military is actually attempting to target Steve Austin, the Bionic Man,(NOT the current day wrestler) who according to their intelligence report based on careful dissection of 1970s-era American media, is our secret weapon. Their crack intelligence officers clearly believe that we hold Steve Austin in such high regard that we named the capital of Texas in his honor. A clear case of the diabolical practice of "hiding in plain sight." But they won't be fooled.

The N. Korean reds call the guy w/ the stick "The Fullmetal" Luckily for us and not so complimentary for Fullmetal, the front of the boat is the end closest to the camera.
Also, a country that can't even make hats that fit doesn't seem like one that could hit anything, even a target the size of Texas. If I had to wear a hat that was half turban, half heli-pad, I'd be grouchy and overly aggressive , too.

Those NK military hats are really something else. And to be honest, the stick is to beat down anyone else who tries to cox the boat--one coxswain, one voice. But you know, NK can't afford oars for their boats, so...
