WSU 8 service aces, 9 service errors
Also, the match was close in sets, but in total points, it was Stanford 117, WSU 102... had the points been distributed more efficiently, it could have been Stanford 25-22, 25,22, 25-22.

Noticed that Holly Campbell served several times last night, including one ace and one error. Anyone have any insights why? Strategic coaching decision -- her serves are actually quite tough, low, hard and flat? Running out of substitutions in a long set?

That's a neat twist, and Hambly did use it sometimes against WSU. At least one of Miner's kills was on a set by Xu. I think the others were all Miner going over on 2.
