Reviving this thread because of Brink’s record, and this tweet…

This seems like a good time to replay my above post of two years ago. As I said then, if Brink can stay healthy she will be the face of USA basketball. She's tall, surprisingly strong, quick, runs like a guard, and the camera loves her.

Curious what states she’s recorded blocks in.  Obviously the six PAC-12 states: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.

Others: Texas, Hawaii, Nevada, Minnesota, and Tennessee or maybe South Carolina.

Hamblin has the conference record with 425. Brink has a shot at that (thinking she'll end this year with some 310). The all-time record is out of reach, Griner with 748!

Apparently I started this thread way back in Cam’s freshman year—I had completely forgotten. Thanks for reviving!

All the states you listed check out except Tennessee. She was credited with blocks in South Carolina last year but not in Tennessee.

Love this revived thread. Let's keep it going. But aren't her blocks "brinks"?

I like the idea of the opponents throwing up bricks and Brinks.
