Here's another story about Stanford's offer and his likelihood of going to the farm:

Haven't seen anything to indicate that.

You are correct . . . my error. No commitment.Â

Looking good for us. Especially considering his academic interest is psychology.

The Rivals story on the JT Daniels Farm visit was quite "panoramic" if you will. The level of thought and depth of fact gathering going on with him and his father, as reported in the story, seems to be well outside the norm of a college football player's recruitment. Based on the report, it seems the opportunity to have the kind of one-on-one time Daniels had with the coaching staff, and the general access to the campus he did recently, would far outstrip what could be experienced in terms of intimacy with a school, by even an official visit.
Hard to imagine Stanford not having pole position to earn the signature of 2019 5-star QB JT Daniels after reading the Rivals piece.

247sports.com agrees with you. 7 out of 9 experts say that Daniels is coming to Stanford.

Listened to the interview during lunch break, he loved his visit to Stanford blah blah blah. Says it's still early and his recruitment is wide open. He definitely wants to play in a pro-system and mentioned that the quality of the psychology department matters.

Why is it that recruits consistently write, "Blessed to receive my nth offer from Stanford"? I understand that twitter is not conducive to using commas correctly, but come on. How hard would it be to say "Blessed to receive my nth offer, from Stanford"?

4-Star cornerback and UCLA verbal commit Chris Steele reflects on his visit to Stanford:

Academics and chemistry with coaches are key for him. He also has offers from LSU and Alabama.
Geaux Cardinal!

From the article on the UCLA commit:
"His work in the classroom reflects his focus. He has a 3.7 GPA, but he confidently predicted it would be a 3.9 by the end of the semester. He plans to take three AP courses next year: calculus, U.S. history and English."
Sorry Hank, this kid won't be a stealth commit. He'll sail past admissions and we flip him.
