After watching the Austin Jones video, the thing that stands out to me is his quick feet and vision. Doesn't have top-end speed and hard to tell his ability to break tackles. Still, CMac's highlight reel was much more impressive. Then again, he was a Voldemort Trophy runner up, and those guys don't grow on trees.
Most High School RBs who are 5-11 190 like Jones as a Junior will put on 20-30 pounds before done playing in school. Tough to predict how big he ends up being, but Jones does seem to have the frame to add weight.
Will be quite fascinating to see what Gould- who has a damn impressive track record for developing RB talent - does with a prospect like this. Probably his best RB recruit since Marshawn Lynch.

Toomer isn't that highly rated and his best offer other than Stanford is Georgia Tech, but gotta say I like his Hudll video. He's a pretty fluid athlete with long arms who has some physicality to his game. Seems like a good pickup despite his relatively low ranking.

Offers also Indiana, Northwestern and Vandy.

When watching his Hudl, I thought "really hard to believe there are 93 better CB prospects than this kid," so would not be surprised if more offers and a higher rating + ranking are in Toomer's future.

And while watching Kelly's Hudl I thought "this looks like someone Oregon would offer." Sure enough, they did, along with UCLA, Nebraska, Cal, Vandy, Colorado (who put all four of its starting DBs from 2016 in the NFL), and others.
Toomer and Kelly look like really nice pickups.

Gorman is a big time school. Have we taken many from that school? Also, any idea why we don't recruit (or win) any from IMG Academy?

Bobbbbb, tried to give you a plus rating and I don’t rate ever. Consider it childish but in your case an exception. However site won’t let me do it which is another way to punish SF State players. LOL!.

Technically we have not offered a 2019 QB. Hard to say if we will but haven’t yet.

In one of his commitment interviews, Austin Jones said he's working on recruiting some guys to Stanford, and said one of his targets is committed elsewhere at the moment.
Is this elsewhere committed recruit Stephon Herron Jr., the #5 rated WDE Michigan commit?
