I'm also hoping for at least one more big splash today, per Clark's tweet (and others from guys in the class). That said, maybe he just means we're going to land some more guys in this class, maybe on Signing Day. But I'm hopeful that our preferred reading is correct. ;)

Related, earlier today I randomly happened to see an ESPNU show on recruiting efforts across the nation leading up to signing day - Robertson was mentioned at one point and the show said he plans to sign after NSD and that Stanford is in serious contention. Maybe it is a long shot that he gets the score he needs, but it sure sounds like he isn't still including Stanford just for giggles.

Reading between the lines, Robertson is saying ND, Ca.l, GT, and UGA are definite visits he has taken or will take. The last visit will be Stanford if he gets the magical test score, and Alabama if he doesn't.

I posted about Robertson a page or two back, and people ignored it or quickly shut it down.
I told you I wasn't lying. If he gets the score, we have a chance (I think if he gets the score, he comes to Stanford). If he doesn't, we don't.Â

I'm with you AM and hoping that he has 1) turned in a well thought out application with great recommendations and a strong course load and, 2) secures a great score on the SAT/ACT. Â
I'm ever the optimist and that fact that he's still talking about us is a good sign. The bar is set high for good reason and I hope he can clear it!Â

If Robertson does not sign on National Signing Day as reported because he wants to receive a better score, he will have earned my fandom regardless of where he ultimately signs. The desire and effort especially when chances seem slim is most admirable.
If the twitter tea leaves are correct, we can expect to be very happy on NSD.
