Kaufusi appears int he same mold as 2105 signee Gabe Reid, also LDS and on mission. Rivals lists him at 6-4 and 205. His Senior season video makes him look bigger than that.Â

So we are at 20 commits so far, with a bunch of guys remaining who are still "in play"...but I'm wondering how many players, either committed or considering, the coaches know are not coming for some reason. Could we push to the max 25? (that seems possible, with the number of people leaving the team)

Donald Stewart says he favors Stanford and Michigan. Just an FYI, Michigan has 4 WR commits. The odds of Harbaugh signing 5 WRs, even if Stewart wants to go there, are really low.

Well, the odds of Harbs signing 5 WRs is somewhat larger than him having 5 WRs actually enroll with scholarships in the fall - but he might have room for everyone.
Michigan has 24 commits so far, apparently with 7 spring enrolloees already there. Those 7 can all count against the 2015 class (which was only 14 from last fall). So Harbs could be bringing in 32 players this year - and he's never seemed restrained in wanting lots of bodies to choose from.

Disheartening about Edmonds. I wonder why the flip, unless he's heard something about Eboh through the grapevine and feels the secondary is becoming too crowded.

That would be epic.
That being said, Edmonds has to do whatever he thinks is best for him and find a place that's the right fit for him. Obviously, I would hope that is Stanford, and certainly hope it wouldn't be Cal, but if it is the Bears so be it. I wish him good luck, except when he plays us.

Even if he was an admissions casualty, he has offers from Bama, FSU, Georgia, Notre Dame, etc etc etc. Why the hell would he go to Cal? (seriously)
If true, this class of 2016 is starting to fall apart from it's once lofty #3 ranking a couple months ago.

My mind is blown anyone would switch from Stanford to Cal... being from Tennessee... with offers from basically every major program.
Guess he wants to be a big fish in a small pond?
Maybe wanted to get playing time as a freshman? (Wasn't going to see it playing behind Holder/Meeks/etc)
