K-State game thread - winflop - 09-04-2021
Wake up Nerd Nation!
After a nice play action over the middle, both WRs whiff on their blocks on a screen and then back to back false starts

This has been extremely sloppy. Crowd noise killing them?

There are at least 2 of us watching.
Nice punt by us.
RE: K-State game thread - stupac2 - 09-04-2021
Were we expecting the defense to be this bad? I've been pretty checked out.
RE: K-State game thread - French Rage - 09-04-2021
I think he had that.

That's an interception!

What an incredible play by Kelly!
RE: K-State game thread - stupac2 - 09-04-2021
I thought for sure that was going to be PI when he was in the end zone with his back turned, amazing to actually pick it off.

So K State is going thru SU like crap through a goose and what do they do? Of course toss a bomb.
Coaches.
RE: K-State game thread - winflop - 09-04-2021
It's early but so far our "vaunted" O-Line looks pretty awful.
RE: K-State game thread - Phogge - 09-04-2021
Magnam Farrah not playing. What a surprise.
RE: K-State game thread - chrisk - 09-04-2021
K-state TE #0 was at USC 5 years (played 2 years) and graduated in 2018. Now at 2nd school as graduate transfer.
RE: K-State game thread - winflop - 09-04-2021
Other than Kelly's amazing pick, so far our defense is performing as expected. A combination of Matador and Limburger.

Stanford looks pathetic so far. Lousy calls, porous O line, and porous secondary on that long pass. West doesn't look like a QB to me. Looks like a deer in the headlights.

Athletically this looks like Secretariat vs a 3200 claimer.

Good to see Phogge back with his salty commentary.

All I can say is McKee looks better than West. Everybody else looks worse than last year. I'd like to say it's opening game jitters....but.
